Responsibilities

• To carry out the A&A works and renovation works

• Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in building facilities and enhancement works

• Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of building facilities

• Quotation & tendering document preparation and analysis

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Building Surveying or related disciplines

• Not less than 3 years relevant working experience; Experience in Property Management or Consultant is preferred

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and preferably in AutoCAD 

• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Technical Officer
