Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager to lead the transformation project of the brand retail operations
Manage, coach and develop team members to deliver excellent shopping experience and achieve the determined targets
Drive people analytics & transformation strategy and roadmap
Plan, develop merchandising strategy to achieve the Company’s sales and profit targets for both offline and online shop
Ensure category offerings competitiveness
Develop, implement and evaluate marketing policies, procedures and strategies
Enhance CRM and customer loyalty
Lead seasonal marketing/ promotion events program
Requirements
Strong Retail operations & business development experience in retail chain store / FMCG industry
At least 5 years demonstrated success in a business leader role
Familiar with the market and products in retail trade / FMCG industry, preferably with solid experience gained from those mega chain stores
Strong retention and relationship management ability with established connection across the retail trade / FMCG industry
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills with energetic, passionate and innovative character
Strong self-starter who excels in fast-paced, start-up type environments, good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
