SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / (SENIOR) PROPERTY HANDOVER OFFICER
工作職責

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification 

  • Handle the general enquiries and complaints

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks

 

工作要求

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above 

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or property management or customer service is preferable 

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Familiar with MS Office

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Handover Officer / Senior Customer Service Officer
