Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department (including filing and photocopying, etc)
Responsible for general office administration function
Assist in maintaining and updating various company secretarial records
Assist in organizing various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Tertiary education (including undergraduate student) of Corporate Secretarial Studies or related discipline
Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage
Flexible work schedule (i.e. 4-day per week can be offered)
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Immediate available is highly preferred
