PART-TIME CLERK (4-5 days per week)
工作職責

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department  (including filing and photocopying, etc)

  • Responsible for general office administration function

  • Assist in maintaining and updating various company secretarial records 

  • Assist in organizing various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior

工作要求

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education (including undergraduate student) of Corporate Secretarial Studies or related discipline

  • Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage

  • Flexible work schedule (i.e. 4-day per week can be offered)

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
