The site is located in the Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai which is about 3 km from Gongbei Port. It is intended to be developed into two phases of which Phase 1 will comprise office towers, a commercial podium, the basement and a neighbourhood centre, while Phase 2 will comprise office towers and a commercial podium. The Group has a 70% interest in this development project, with a gross floor area of approximately 199,000 sq m.
