The site is located in the northwest of Jiexiu, Shanxi Province which is about 3.7 km from the city centre. This residential and commercial development project is wholly-owned by the Group, with a gross floor area of approximately 463,000 sq m. It is intended to be developed into a landmark residential and commercial complex or community in the area of Jiexiu.
