Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall planning and execution of the construction works for comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
Monitor and oversee the progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule and in good order
Plan site works with sub‐contractor, monitor and oversee their works performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and sub-contractors to achieve quality work while meeting safety requirements as a team
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years or above post-qualification experience in building/civil construction with at least 2 years in management level, preferably gained from handling residential developments projects in Hong Kong
Post Membership in HKIE/MICE/MCIOB is preferred
Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) is a must
Skilled in handling site condition changes and offering timely solutions to tackle ad hoc issues
Solid knowledge with costing, contract, regulations and building /construction operations
Good presentation skills, self-motivated and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Construction Manager
