Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative/ clerical supports such as data entry, handling phone enquires etc
Provide front desk services (e.g. answering general calls & enquiries, greeting guests, courier services, mailing order, etc.)
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
F.5 or above
Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Work on every Thursdays and Fridays
Immediate available is highly preferred
