PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (every Thursdays and Fridays)
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative/ clerical supports such as data entry, handling phone enquires etc

  • Provide front desk services (e.g. answering general calls & enquiries, greeting guests, courier services, mailing order, etc.)

  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above

  • Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Work on every Thursdays and Fridays

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
