ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Perform pre and post contract quantity surveying work on site including but not limited to subcontract payment, measurement, collation of records, contract administration and etc.
Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying
Qualified member of HKIS or RICS
Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience preferably in main contractor or property developer
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good management and negotiation skills, integrity and able to work independently
Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
