PROPERTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (MONGKOK)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for new residential development
Responsible for the overall management and operation of the development
Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants

Requirements

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Hosing Management / MCIH or equivalent
Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
Minimum 7 years relevant experience with at least 2-3 years at supervisory / managerial level in residential properties
Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
Mature, independent and with good educational background
Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Manager
