  • Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations within the group, including property development business in Hong Kong and PRC and other business operations of the Group’s subsidiaries in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Plan and perform risk-based financial, operational and compliance audits of the business operation, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with approved standards and statutory requirements
  • Identify internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies within the business processes, consolidate audit findings, prepare audit reports and provide feasible recommendations for improvements
  • Provide advisory support to management on potential risk areas and make recommendations to strengthen risk management and internal control system
  • Consolidate and review Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data to identify ESG risks
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments
  • University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified Accountant
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in auditing, preferably internal audit experience in the property development field
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills, proactive and independent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to travel
