CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver customer services to residents/ visitors for luxurious residential development
  • Handle and follow up customers’ requests, enquires and complaints
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with occupants
  • Duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays is required if necessary
Requirements
  • F.5 or above
  • Certificate/ Diploma in Housing Management/ Hospitality Management is an advantage
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and Recognized Security Training Course Certificate
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years at supervisory level, preferably in customer service field or hotel/ property management
  • Proven experience in luxurious residential properties/ hotel/ serviced apartment management is an advantage
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Cheerful, proactive, service-oriented and able to communicate with residents and guests
