  • General Management and people management in Retail department
  • Define business model & positioning for both supermarket and department store
  • Competitor research for ensuring the item offering meet local taste with best pricing
  • Identify potential talents for retail development
  • Design the optimum sales and expenses for achieving P&L
  • Project management for ensuring the timeline and budget are met with pre-approved budget
  • Regularly update management team with milestone plan achievement and project team issue
  • Develop merchandising team for best selection in "better health" direction with affordable pricing
  • Develop marketing strategy in grand opening program & brand sustainability
  • Develop new IT solution with exploring new technology to build in SODA MALL
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned


  • University graduate in related disciplines
  • 8 years or above solid experience in retail industry with minimum 3 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in setting up the premium supermarket or good knowledge in healthy food is definitely an advantage
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure
  • A good team player and strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office application including Excel and MS Word
