ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER / SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (C&B)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, benefits administration, tax filing, work injury, pay trend / financial analysis, etc.
  • Prepare and update various HR-related reports for management review
  • Support the C&B Projects and annual HR initiatives such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Management, Policy Review, HRIS Enhancement, Benefits Review and Renewal, Reward System Management & Review, Annual Budget & Market Benchmarking, etc
  • Support process improvement initiatives in order to deliver efficiencies and benefits to internal customers
  • Perform other ad hoc project assigned
Requirements
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to retail, construction or property development field
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation and practices
  • Meticulous, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is a MUST
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
