RETAIL ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
  • Provide all-round administrative support for Retail Department
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, contract administration, meeting coordination, market research, etc.
  • Handle customer & team enquiries
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Operation Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from retail/ FMCG industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient at PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to learn and detail-oriented
