- Provide full spectrum of office administrative services including but not limited to office management, supplies & procurement, office renovation & relocation, facility management, etc.
- Coordinate local/overseas courier services
- Monitor repair and maintenance service for office facilities
- Ensure the security system works in a good condition
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Administration Officer.
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3 years’ office administration experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
