Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the site-in-charge & to supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for new residential development
- Responsible for the overall management and operation of the development
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants
- Responsible for taking over of new property project and liaising with relevant parties to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
- Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Hosing Management / MCIH or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in residential properties
- Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Mature, independent and with good educational background
- Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
