  • Plan, develop and implement the merchandising strategy to achieve the Company’s sales and profit targets
  • Keep abreast of current merchandise trend on customer needs as well as competitors’ performance on each category of products
  • Source / purchase best quality of merchandises locally and internationally
  • Maintain store shelves to provide optimum display of products
  • Devise and monitor the merchandise layout, schematic plan and display of store
  • Develop, review and evaluate new supplier including but not limited to manufacturers, credit term, rebates, contribution and joint promotion
  • Coordinate with store managers, buyers, sales representative and internal department to ensure the sales and promotional activities are well executed
  • Maintain brand image by following and enforcing company quality standards
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports to management
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned


  • Higher diploma or above in related discipline
  • 8 years or above solid experience in retail industry with minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably gained in F&B or FMCG sector
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure
  • A good team player and strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office application including Excel and MS Word
