  • Accountable for setting up security / operation measures, supervising, training and recruitment of security personnel
  • Supervise the operation / security team to carry out all operation and customer services of the commercial & residential portfolio
  • Familiar with emergency and crisis handling procedures and give instructions to handle cases when necessary
  • Formulate and review operation procedures / plans, make evaluation of results and follow up on the improvement and evaluation works
  • Plan and lead regular drills such as Fire Drill to ensure all teammates familiar with the emergency handling procedures
  • Co-ordinate with various parties and teammates to deal with emergency matters especially emergency calls & incidents
  • Conduct day / night inspection with suggestion to enhance the operation of the portfolio
  • Secondary level or above
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit
  • Minimum 10 years of experience at supervisory level in property management, disciplinary forces or in security force of sizable organizations
  • Proven experience in managing luxurious residential / prestigious commercial properties is an advantage
  • Good sense of urgency, mature, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good knowledge of crime prevention and security systems
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager
