SENIOR PROMOTION OFFICER - SOCIAL MEDIA (SHOPPING MALL)

Responsibilities
- Good content writer
- Social media management including content development & consumer engagement
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo) as well as their content calendar
- Communicate and extent good relationships with on-line media, KOL, vendors & platform partners
- Prepare marketing materials and execute promotion events
- Support marketing and promotional activities for joint malls and loyalty programs
- Creating materials like feeds, articles, videos and pictures for each platform
- Closely monitor the market trend and competitor information & make suggestions on marketing campaigns
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in promotion, digital marketing or public relations in shopping malls or PR agencies
- Relevant experience in social media is a must, experience in promotion activities for retail properties is preferred
- Energetic, creative and well-organized with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, result-oriented team player
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Basic knowledge in AI and Photoshop is preferable
- Working knowledge of photography, photo editing and video shooting is an advantage
