STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the Structural design work
- Monitor the quality and progress of design and construction works to ensure the projects to be completed of high quality, on time and within budget
- Monitor safety, environmental and health performance during construction works
- Coordination with project consultants/ contractors
- Vetting of design and works submission proposals
- Liaise with Government Authorities/ Regulators and ensure the compliance of the project
Requirements
- Degree holder in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ practical experience with consultant or developer in design, coordination and supervision of civil/ structural/ geotechnical engineering or building projects particularly for large-scale residential property development in Hong Kong
- Monitor the quality and progress of design and construction works to ensure the projects to be completed of high quality, on time and within budget
- Able to work independently and proactively to resolve the engineering design and construction issues
- Familiar with government submission practices and procedures
- More experience will be considered Assistant Structural Manager
