Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Prepare leasing documents and update the leasing system
  • Handle invoices and payments
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good organizational skill and detail-minded
  • Polite, pleasant and mature
  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure
