  • Discharge a wide range of company secretarial duties for the Group in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulations
  • Assist the senior to handle full set of statutory records as well as manage statutory filings and correspondence for HK, PRC, Macau and offshore private companies of the Group
  • Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”) reporting, announcement and circulars and other corporate reports
  • Assist in organising various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on company secretarial and compliance matters
  • Handle bank matters including account opening and maintenance
  • Handle properties transfer documents
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major and student member of HKCGI/CGI or equivalent
  • 3 years or above hands-on company secretarial experience in professional firms or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, Listing Rules and SFO
  • Experience in dealing with companies incorporated in PRC is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office, Chinese word processing and CSA software
  • A good team player, detail oriented, self-disciplined and well-organised
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
