Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department (including filing and photocopying, etc)
- Responsible for general office administration function
- Assist in maintaining and updating various company secretarial records
- Assist in organizing various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Tertiary education (including undergraduate student) of Corporate Secretarial Studies or related discipline
- Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Internship period: June - August 2022 (*expected to work Monday to Friday)
