  • Provide timely financial and business reviews and update to management
  • Prepare and analyze management information from PRC subsidiaries
  • Manage and prepare the Group consolidation accounts
  • Liaise with external parties (Auditors, lawyers, bankers) on various financial and compliance matters
  • Supervise a team of subordinates to complete the task effectively and efficiently
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned
  • Qualified Accountant with a degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience with a combination of audit and commercial experience, preferably with experience gained in PRC or Big 4 is highly preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proactive, independent, detail-minded and be a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Travel to PRC is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
