FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities
Provide timely financial and business reviews and update to management
Prepare and analyze management information from PRC subsidiaries
Manage and prepare the Group consolidation accounts
Liaise with external parties (Auditors, lawyers, bankers) on various financial and compliance matters
Supervise a team of subordinates to complete the task effectively and efficiently
Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with a degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
At least 6 years of relevant work experience with a combination of audit and commercial experience, preferably with experience gained in PRC or Big 4 is highly preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
Proactive, independent, detail-minded and be a good team player
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS office
Travel to PRC is required
Immediate available is preferred
