PROPERTY OFFICER / ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER
Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants
  • Coordinate repairing works, arrange quotations and tendering process
  • Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Higher Diploma in Housing Management or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Outdoor work is required
