PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports, documents (e.g. procurement, tender, etc.) and follow up the contract administration, progress and planned schedules
  • Provide all-round administrative support
  • Handle customer & team enquiries and follow up management fee arrears cases
  • Act as a focal point of all procurement and tender matters of management services
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Housing Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management field
  • Knowledge of Building Management, DMC and related ordinances
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient at PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Mature, independent and with good educational background
  • Strong initiative, willing to learn and able to work independently
  • Well organized and detail oriented
