CIVIL ENGINEER / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

工作職責
Monitor the quality and progress of design and construction works to ensure the projects to be completed of high quality, on time and within budget
Monitor safety, environmental and health performance during construction works
Vetting of design and works submission proposals
Coordination with project consultants/contractors
Accountable for Civil/Structural design work
工作要求
Degree holder in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Discipline or equivalent
Minimum 6 years’ practical experience with consultant or developer in design, coordination and supervision of civil/structural/geotechnical engineering or building projects particularly for large-scale residential property development in Hong Kong
Able to work independently and proactively to resolve the engineering design and construction issues
Familiar with government submission practices and procedures
More experience will be considered Assistant Civil/ Structural Manager
