SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER
工作職責

- Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations within the group, including property development business in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau

- Plan and perform financial, operational and compliance audits of the business operation, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with approved standards and statutory requirements

- Provide advisory support to management on potential risk areas and make recommendations to strengthen internal control system

- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

工作要求

- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

- Qualified Accountant

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in External / Internal Audit / Risk Management/ Accounting

- Candidates with experience in property development business are preferred

- Travel is required

- Knowledge to Listing Rules and corporate governance would be advantageous

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Products

ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER / LEASING OFFICER
工作職責

    - Assist in all leasing matters of Macau project and new projects in HK

- Assist in handling new lettings / renewal cases including preparation of budget / report of Macau project and new projects

- Carry out pre-marketing works for new project including cold calling, marketing research and rental proposal etc

- Handle all enquiries / complaints of leasing and prepare relevant legal documents for leasing

- Coordinate with agents, consultants and contractors

工作要求

- Tertiary education in Property Management or related discipline

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing

- Willing to work outside office hours and travel to Macau occasionally

- Good negotiation and communication skills with passion at work

SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER / COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER
工作職責

    - Discharge a wide range of company secretarial duties to the Group in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulation

- Assist in implementing operating procedures for local and offshore statutory laws and regulations, Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance

- To supervise subordinates and support the company secretarial department of the Group

- Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements, circular and other corporate reports

- Assist in organizing various meetings, including board meetings and general meetings of the listed company

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company Secretary and the Assistant Company Secretary

工作要求

    - Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major; associate or student member of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent

- Minimum 6 years of experience gained from sizable companies, certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice, listed or property companies is preferable 

- Able to handle full range of company secretarial work independently

- Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, PRC, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance

- Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matter

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable

- Good PC knowledge of Word and Chinese Word processing and familiar with MS office and CSA

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

- Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, well organized, excellent document and file management

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills

工作職責

    - Identify & source potential products locally and internationally to meet customer needs with achieving Company’s sales target and margin

- Keep abreast with the latest market trends, ad hoc & seasonal forecast for boosting sales

FINANCE MANAGER (2 POSITIONS - SHENZHEN & GUANGZHOU)
工作職責

    - Report to the Financial Controller

- Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the country operation

- Develop efficient and effective financial systems including reporting, budget control, financial policies and procedures

- Contribute to improving business performance in terms of profitability and cash generation through the continuous development of timeliness and quality reporting

- Measure performance metrics of the company, assess the impact of such developments on the business and advise the management team on the courses of action to ensure the financial soundness of the local operation

- Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control processes

工作要求

- Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance

- Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CICPA or equivalent

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HK listed companies, preferably with exposure to PRC property development / Property Agency industry

- Well verse in local China GAPP and tax practices

- Well experience in China business operating environment and in a business partnering role

- Strong financial analysis and business acumen

- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadline

- A good team player and strong leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
