SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
工作職責

    - Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management and etc

- Work closely with the business partners on hiring needs and manage the whole recruitment & selection process including but not limited to posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and making offers 

- Handle on-board arrangements, prepare employment contract & salary benchmarking, conduct reference check, follow-up probationary assessment & staff movement and etc

- Manage work permit application / renewal for expatriates or PRC staff

- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, MPF contributions, tax filing, leave maintenance and medical & life insurance administration

- Prepare and update various HR-related reports for management review

- Assist in handling annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal and ad hoc projects

- Assist in HRIS enhancement / implementation

- Perform other ad hoc project assigned     

工作要求

    - University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to construction or property development field

- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation and practices

- Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player

- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is an advantage

- Immediate availability is preferable

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
工作職責

- Provide full spectrum of office administrative services including but not limited to office management, supplies & procurement, office renovation & relocation, insurance, facility management, etc.

- Monitor maintenance and repair services of all office equipments, facilities and furniture

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / DEPARTMENTAL SECRETARY
工作職責

- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director and the Finance Department

- Liaise, communicate and coordinate with various business units and internal parties on business issues, operation activities and project matters

- Consolidate business information for management review

- Prepare report and presentation materials for business meetings

工作職責

- Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations within the group, including property development business in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau

- Plan and perform financial, operational and compliance audits of the business operation, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with approved standards and statutory requirements

- Provide advisory support to management on potential risk areas and make recommendations to strengthen internal control system

- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

工作要求

- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

- Qualified Accountant

- 3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit/ Risk Management, preferably gained from sizable property development companies

- Knowledge of Listing Rules, corporate governance and ordinances in HK and PRC

- Analytical, proactive and independent

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Good computer skills e.g. MS Office

- Willing to travel

LEASING OFFICER / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER
工作職責

- Handle full range of leasing administration works and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, credit control, daily property management issues and etc

-Conduct marketing research, analyze data and compile various reports

-Handle all enquiries of leasing / complaints from tenants, property agencies or customers

-Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors

工作要求

- Diploma or above in Real Estate Management or related disciplines

- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in residential leasing or property management

- Familiar with property industry in Hong Kong

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure

- Sound PC skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc

- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua

- Outdoor work is required

- Experience in handling leasing matters of shops and industrial buildings is an advantage

- Working experience with property developers is an advantage

SYSTEM ANALYST
工作職責

    - Perform development, implementation and maintenance of software applications

- Review existing business processes and prepare documentation

- Provide user support and training for software applications

工作要求

   - Degree graduate in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of experience in web-based application development using Microsoft ASP.NET and .NET platform

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MORTGAGE LOAN)
工作職責

- Lead a small team to achieve the company’s targets

- Evaluate and ensure the loan application procedures in compliance with Company & statutory requirements/ policies

- Manage and monitor loan applications progress, credit review and loan documents

- Handle customer’s enquiries and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
