SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER / ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
工作職責

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management and etc

- Work closely with the business partners on hiring needs and manage the whole recruitment & selection process including but not limited to posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and making offers

- Handle on-board arrangements, prepare employment contract & salary benchmarking, conduct reference check, follow-up probationary assessment & staff movement and etc

- Manage work permit application/renewal for expatriates or PRC staff

- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, MPF contributions, tax filing, leave maintenance and medical & life insurance administration

- Prepare and update various HR-related reports for management review

- Assist in handling annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal and ad hoc projects

- Assist in HRIS enhancement/implementation

- Perform other ad hoc project assigned

工作要求

- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to construction or property development field

- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation and practices

- Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player

- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is an advantage

- Immediate available is preferable

- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager

LEASING OFFICER / LEASING ASSISTANT
工作職責

- Handle full range of leasing administration works and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, credit control, daily property management issues and etc

- Conduct marketing research, analyze data and compile various reports

- Handle all enquiries of leasing / complaints from tenants, property agencies or customers

- Assist in ad hoc project assigned by supervisors

工作要求

- Diploma or above in Real Estate Management or related disciplines

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in residential leasing

- Familiar with property industry in Hong Kong

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure

- Sound PC skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc

- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua

- Outdoor work is required

- Experience in handling leasing matters of old residential buildings is an advantage

FINANCE MANAGER
工作職責

- Report to the Financial Controller

- Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the country operation

- Develop efficient and effective financial systems including reporting, budget control, financial policies and procedures

- Contribute to improving business performance in terms of profitability and cash generation through the continuous development of timeliness and quality reporting

- Measure performance metrics of the company, assess the impact of such developments on the business and advise the management team on the courses of action to ensure the financial soundness of the local operation

- Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control processes

- Communicate and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and other professional parties

- Perform ad hoc projects assigned

工作要求

- Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance

- Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CICPA or equivalent

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HK listed companies, preferably with exposure to PRC property development / Property Agency industry

- Well verse in local China GAPP and tax practices

- Well experience in China business operating environment and in a business partnering role

- Strong financial analysis and business acumen

- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadline

- A good team player and strong leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Proficient in MS Office application including Excel and MS Word and accounting software

- For the role in Shenzhen: Frequent travelling to China is required [Job Ref. No.: KD/FIN/FM_SZ]

SENIOR MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE
工作職責

- Lead and set up a Quality Assurance team

- Formulate internal guidelines and streamline operational workflow
