SYSTEM ANALYST
工作職責

- Perform development, implementation and maintenance of software applications

- Review existing business processes and prepare documentation

- Provide user support and training for software applications

工作要求

- Degree graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of experience in web-based application development using Microsoft ASP.NET and .NET platform

- Experienced in MVC model development, and related frameworks and libraries, e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS

- Knowledgeable in database design and SQL programming

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER
工作職責

- Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations within the group, including property development business in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau

- Plan and perform financial, operational and compliance audits of the business operation, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with approved standards and statutory requirements

- Provide advisory support to management on potential risk areas and make recommendations to strengthen internal control system

- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

工作要求

- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

- Qualified Accountant

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in External / Internal Audit / Risk Management/ Accounting

- Candidates with experience in property development business are preferred

- Travel is required

- Knowledge to Listing Rules and corporate governance would be advantageous

LEASING OFFICER
工作職責

    - Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of HK and Macau properties

- Assist in handling new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents

- Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc

- Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing

- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients

工作要求

    - Degree in Property Management or related disciplines

- 3 years’ relevant experience in property leasing

- Willing to work outside office hours and travel to Macau occasionally

COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER
工作職責

    - Discharge a wide range of company secretarial duties for the Group in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulations

- Assist the senior to handle full set of statutory records for HK, PRC and offshore private companies of the Group

- Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements and circular

- Assist in organizing various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company

- Assist in control of various companies records and updating respective information

- Handle properties transfer documents

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

工作要求

   - Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major and student member of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of practical company secretarial experience in professional firms or equivalent

- Able to prepare statutory and corporate documents for the group of companies independently

- Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions

- Experience in dealing with companies incorporated in PRC is an advantage

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable

- Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office and Chinese word processing and CSA

- Able to work independently and minimum supervision

- Candidates with better experience will be considered for Senior Company Secretarial Officer position

工作職責

    - Identify & source potential products locally and internationally to meet customer needs with achieving Company’s sales target and margin

FINANCE MANAGER (2 POSITIONS - SHENZHEN & GUANGZHOU)
工作職責

    - Report to the Financial Controller

- Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the country operation

- Develop efficient and effective financial systems including reporting, budget control, financial policies and procedures

- Contribute to improving business performance in terms of profitability and cash generation through the continuous development of timeliness and quality reporting

- Measure performance metrics of the company, assess the impact of such developments on the business and advise the management team on the courses of action to ensure the financial soundness of the local operation

- Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control processes

- Communicate and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and other professional parties

工作要求

- Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance

- Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CICPA or equivalent

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HK listed companies, preferably with exposure to PRC property development / Property Agency industry

- Well verse in local China GAPP and tax practices

- Well experience in China business operating environment and in a business partnering role

- Strong financial analysis and business acumen

- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadline

- A good team player and strong leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
