ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER
工作職責

- Provide support to Leasing Team on leasing administration related matters

- Prepare and administer all tenancy agreements, leases, licenses and other related documents

- Prepare and maintain leasing database and filing system

- Assist in regular reports preparation and analysis

- Assist the superior to handle complaints / enquiries from tenants and agents

- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

工作要求

- Diploma or above in Real Estate or related disciplines

- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in leasing / property management

- Experience in handling old residential buildings and carparks is an advantage

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / DEPARTMENTAL SECRETARY
工作職責

- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director and the Finance Department

- Liaise, communicate and coordinate with various business units and internal parties on business issues, operation activities and project matters

工作職責

- Conduct market research and analysis for Hong Kong property market

- Assist in the business development planning and land acquisition for the Group

- Chartered Surveyor (GP) is preferable

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER / ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
工作職責

- Provide full spectrum of office administrative services including but not limited to office management, supplies & procurement, office renovation & relocation, insurance, facility management, etc.

- Establish, monitor and review administrative operating policy, systems and procedures to align Group's business plans as well as ensure smooth business and office operations

- Deal with a wide range of contacts at all levels for timely delivery of administration services and resolve difficult situations, recognize problem areas as well as recommend improvement action as appropriate

- Plan and draft layout plans, supervise renovation and relocation projects

- Manage procurement function of office supplies, insurance, equipment, furniture including but not limited to contracts, quotes and payment terms negotiation with supplier / vendor / brokers

- Monitor maintenance and repair services of all office equipments, facilities and furniture

- Prepare annual administration budgets, sharing ratios, monitor and control expenses

- Assist in organizing company activities i.e. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner and etc.

- Perform other ad hoc project assigned

工作要求

- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

- 10 years' office administration experience in sizable organizations

- Solid experience in insurance procurement, negotiation, claims and office renovation & relocation is a must

- Mature, proactive, customer-oriented and able to work independently with tight deadlines

- Meticulous, outgoing, flexible and strong communication skills

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

FINANCE MANAGER (PRC)
工作職責

 - Report to the Financial Controller

- Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the country operation

- Develop efficient and effective financial systems including reporting, budget control, financial policies and procedures

- Contribute to improving business performance in terms of profitability and cash generation through the continuous development of timeliness and quality reporting

- Measure performance metrics of the company, assess the impact of such developments on the business and advise the management team on the courses of action to ensure the financial soundness of the local operation

- Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control processes

- Communicate and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and other professional parties

- Perform ad hoc projects assigned

工作要求

- Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance

- Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CICPA or equivalent

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HK listed companies, preferably with exposure to PRC property development / Property Agency industry

- Well verse in local China GAPP and tax practices

- Well experience in China business operating environment and in a business partnering role

- Strong financial analysis and business acumen

- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadline

- A good team player and strong leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

工作要求

- Qualified Accountant

- 3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit/ Risk Management, preferably gained from sizable property development companies

- Analytical, proactive and independent

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
