CUSTOMER SERVICES SUPERVISOR
工作職責

    • Supervise daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality services to customer services to residents / visitors for luxurious residential development
    • Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries and complaints
    • Build up and maintain good relationship with residents
    • Assist in ad hoc projects
    工作要求

    • Form 5 or above
    • Certificate / Diploma holder in Housing Management / Hospitality Management is an advantage
    • Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
    • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in customer services / hotel / property management industry, preferably with 2-3 years' experience in supervisory level
    • Proven experience in luxurious residential properties / hotel / serviced apartment / club house management is an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
    • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with residents and guests
    • Shift duty and work on weekends & Public Holidays are required
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Supervisor

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services in property management

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
