TECHNICAL OFFICER (HUNG HOM)
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential development
  • Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants / F.S system / building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure a smooth operation
  • Supervise emergency maintenance works and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration
Requirements
  • Degree in Building Services / Building Surveying /Facilities Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years of experience or Higher diploma with 5 years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
  • Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
