RESIDENT BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Supervise the workmanship and ensure the design intent and quality of building services installation are in right track
- Maintain an effective communication and coordination with relevant parties on site issue
- Monitor progress schedule and check the quality of building services installation on sites
- Identify problems and advise solutions to supervisor
- Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
- Prepare technical documentation / reports
- Attend testing/commissioning of installed building services works to ensure they are in good working order before hand over to end-user
Requirements
- University graduate in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience on site supervision of building services installation and project administration / design works in consultant firms
- Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (e.g. HKIE) or equivalent is preferable
