  • Oversee the construction works on site to ensure projects to be completed of high quality , on time and within budget.
    • Requirements

    • Assist in all leasing matters of Macau Project and projects in HK
    • Handle new letting / renewal cases including preparation of budget/report

    Responsibilities

     
    • Supervise the workmanship and ensure the design intent and quality of building services installation are in right track
    • Maintain an effective communication and coordination with relevant parties on site issue
