Responsibilities

    - Supervise the technical team to carry out all operation, maintenance and renovation works of the residential portfolio

- Monitor and review contract-out services including conducting analysis and making recommendations on the contract terms, documents and quotations

- Prepare the annual maintenance budget(s) for various properties and enforce budgetary control

- Design and review maintenance procedures / plans and evaluate the results

- Make feasible recommendations for long-term building facilities improvement and energy saving plan

- Ensure that all building facilities complying with relevant regulations and ordinances

Requirements

    - Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines

- 12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 8 years of solid technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation and A&A works gained in property management companies

- Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage

- Independent and able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

   - Being site-in-charge & to supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for new residential development

- Responsible for the overall management and operation of the development

- Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants

Requirements

    - Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline

- Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Hosing Management / MCIH or equivalent
